Carol Bagnald ACIB FIOD

Carol is a highly experienced business leader with a distinguished career spanning more than four decades with HSBC. She has since brought her insight to a range of non-executive and advisory board roles, including Jenny Packham, Lulu Guiness Ltd and the hClub London.

Passionate about supporting emerging talent and promoting diversity, Carol served as a Business Ambassador for organisations such as the London College of Fashion, Goldsmiths and MOBO, and actively mentored professionals through ICAEW and other networks. A regular speaker on women in business and inclusive leadership, she is also committed to charitable work, currently supporting Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and the MOBO Trust. Carol’s contributions have been recognised with an Honorary Fellowship from Brunel University and her appointment as a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in 2012.
